WHAT IS SACRED TRAVEL?
It's different for everyone, but for us it means simply traveling with consciousness, respect and intention. Consciousness of spirit and the blessings of the divine that allow us the freedom to travel (even if that freedom comes in two week blocks), respect for the sites and people that we visit, and the intention to travel as "ambassadors of peace" and to further the evolution of consciousness (our own, or others) where ever we go.

ARE CERTAIN BELIEFS OR RELIGIONS EXCLUDED FROM TRAVELING WITH YOU?
All roads lead to Rome, as they say. Take a look at our logo and you'll see that we celebrate and embrace all paths and denominations. Of course, if you don't believe in "embracing all paths and denominations" then we're probably not the right group for you.

WHERE DO YOU TRAVEL TO?

Anywhere that we can find a connection to the divine. So, you know, pretty much everywhere. We specialize in Egypt and Bali - but we are actively working to add trips all over the world. Please check our "Upcoming Trips" section for details on our latest journeys.

We accept checks, money orders and cashier's checks. We offer payments on the "installment plan" of around $1K per month (it varies depending on the trip).

ARE YOU A NON-PROFIT COMPANY?

We are a for-profit LLC based in Nevada. We work with non-profit companies and churches by providing them much-needed funds when they ask us to organize a trip for them. We also work with the non-profit Carbon Fund.org to offset the effect of our travel and we collect donations for local charities in each of the countries that we travel to.

WHAT IF I HAVE TO CANCEL?

We'll be very sad. If you cancel prior to the cut-off date (typically 90 days prior to travel - but see the details for each individual trip) we'll issue a refund minus an administrative fee. There are no refunds for cancelation after the cut-off date. We STRONGLY encourage you to purchase travel insurance in order to protect yourself in the case of unexpected events.

WHAT IF A FRIEND WANTS TO COME?

Lucky you! Not only do you get an extra travel companion, but you get a referral fee, too! If you bring along an extra person (excluding your spouse or significant other) we will be happy to give you a cash referral fee, per person – it varies according to the trip - enquire for details. PLEASE NOTE: The referrral fee only applies to trips not sponsored by a group, university or church.

WHAT IF I WANT TO STAY BY MYSELF IN THE ROOM?

Well - it's none of our business - but you will have gone an awfully long way just to sit by yourself in the dark ;-) But seriously - no problem - each trip offers a single supplement option (for an additional fee), so you are welcome to stay on your own, but you MUST notify us in advance so we can block the room.

WHAT IF I DON’T HAVE A ROOMMATE?

We will pair you up with someone if we can – we have had a great deal of success with this in the past, and several ex-roomies are still friends and in touch years later! However, we recommend you bring your own roommate, since that way you will avoid the single supplement if we have an uneven number of people on the trip.

HOW MUCH DOES THE PLANE FARE COST AND WHO BOOKS THE FLIGHT?

Some of our trips include roundtrip international airfare to/from the departure city (varies depending on the trip) and all trips include domestic airfare in the destination country.  Please see each trip for details.

WHEN SHOULD I LEAVE, AND RETURN? 

Our arrival and travel days are listed in each individual itinerary on the web site for each trip – if you want to come EARLY, please let us know so we can make arrangements for a special rate at the hotel, so you don’t have to move hotels when the group arrives. If you want an EXTENSION so you can stay later, let us know as we can offer some unique and customized options for each of the areas that we travel to.
