Statement:
"Figurative Explorations are a series of paintings inspired from Greek Black Figure Vase Painting from Crete. I have taken the torso and incorporated patterns to delineate the various masses of the human form. The sensual line quality undulates through the composition becoming a landscape that curves and twists, excentuating every detail within the figure."
