The Responses:
Don't I know what THIS means! My bosses are just these regular guys, "Hey, we can't pay you a lot, but do you want a job? We Really could use your stellar writing technique." Then they get me on salary and Ba-da-bing! They start acting like a bunch of German Shepherds in a prison camp --"HOW long were you at lunch, Hans?" I mean, a guy's gotta eat, right? I've heard an ugly rumor they're going to make that pushy redhead my secretary. I guess we're ALL going to the dogs.

A dog is just a dog except when he is facing you. Then he is Mr. Dog. -- A Haitian Farmer
While that may be true in the Haitian community the title "Mr." may be stripped from the dog in accordance with the breed. ie. a cha-wa-wa (sp) and other toy dogs may not obtain the title "Mr." in any circumstance what so ever. While the Pit-Bull and Rottwiller (sp) in almost all instances may be obtain the status of a diety. As in "Oh God that hurt!"

If it doesn't weigh over 30 pounds, it's not a dog.

A person is just another person, one of billions, until you know them. Then they are an individual, to you, and then they have a value, to you. All of us hear and read and to some degree experience the pain and sorrow and suffering that is an inevitable part of life, but little of it has any strong impact until it strikes us, or someone we know personally, because only then do we really see each other as full, true human beings and then we attach emotions and concern to others. That's what I see in it. I do like that quote.
